Using the site

• iGaming Terminal publishes information about the gambling industry for professional readers. It is not legal, financial or tax advice; check with the relevant regulator or an adviser before you act.
• We work hard to keep every page accurate and dated, but laws change and we cannot guarantee that a page is complete or current.
• You may quote our data and analysis with a link to the page you used. Republishing whole pages or the regulation dataset requires our permission.
• This site is for adults. We do not offer gambling and we do not encourage it.

Buying advertising

• Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance by card through Whop, which acts as our checkout provider.
• You confirm that you hold the licences you declare, that your material is lawful in every market you target and that you have the rights to it. Campaigns are shown only under our advertising policy.
• We check every placement before it goes live. If we cannot confirm a licence for a market you chose, the campaign runs in your confirmed markets and we extend its term to make up the difference, or we agree another placement with you.
• We may remove material that breaks our policy or the law, or that a regulator or court asks us to remove.
• Placement terms run from the day the placement goes live. Sponsored articles and press releases stay online for twelve months.
• We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales or search rankings.
